    What is the cancellation policy?

    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any additional charge or obligation. If it's been more than 24 hours since placing the order, the piece will be made and shipped as scheduled.

    What is the returns and refund policy?

    We hope that you will be as excited to receive your Relevée jewelry as we were in custom making it for you. However, within 30 days of purchase, if you happen to change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.

    Relevée offers complimentary return shipping in the U.S. We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unaltered and undamaged items within 30 days from the date you received your order. Please note that goods should be returned in perfect condition, and in their original packaging along with your completed returns note.

    What if an item arrives damaged or faulty?

    Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged upon receipt, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

    If your item arrives damaged, you may return it for a refund by simply requesting a Return Authorization within 30 days of the date of delivery.

    Please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at info@relevee.com.  If possible, include images of your faulty item(s)  within your inquiry to Customer Services.

    If your purchase becomes faulty within six months of the purchase date, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@relevee.com for review, including your order number and purchase date, a detailed description of the damage, and photos if applicable.
